S.Amdt.1200 - To provide that the Secretary of Education shall transfer to the Education for the Disadvantaged account an amount not to exceed $4,353,368 from amounts that would otherwise lapse at the end of fiscal year 2003 and that were originally made available under the Department of Education Appropriations Act, 2003 or any Department of Education Appropriations Act for a previous fiscal year.
