H.Amdt.145 - Amendment requires the Secretary of Defense to assess and report to Congress the costs to the United States associated with the location of the headquarters of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) in Brussels, Belgium and the costs and benefits of relocating that headquarters to a suitable location in another NATO member country.
