H.Amdt.147 - Amendment expresses the sense of Congress that the expansion of the NATO alliance and the evolution of its military mission requires a fundamental reevaluation of the current posture of United States forces stationed in Europe and urges the President to initiate the reevaluation and consider a military posture that takes advantage of basing and training opportunities in the newly admitted and invitee states.
