H.Amdt.21 - Amendment requires the new AMBER Alert coordinator to submit a report to Congress by Mar. 1, 2005 on the effectiveness and status of the AMBER Alert plans in each State; and provides an additional $5 million in grant funding to help States implement new technologies designed to improve the dissemination of AMBER alerts.
