H.Amdt.271 - Amendment, as amended by the Taylor (NC) amendment (A024), prohibits the use of funds by the Bureau of Land Management to use the recordable disclaimer regulations with regard to any lands within a designated national monument, wilderness study area, National Park Service unit, National Wildlife Refuge System unit, or lands within the national wilderness preservation system.
