S.Amdt.2775 - To provide for eliminating the Survivor Benefit Plan - Social Security offset for military widows and widowers while reducing the debt, offset by the elimination of tax benefits to individuals and corporations that avoid United States taxation by establishing a foreign domicile and other tax loopholes and tax shelters.
