H.Amdt.312 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: \ EFFORTS BY NORTH KOREA RELATING TO THE PROLIFERATION OF NUCLEAR WEAPONS \ SEC. __. It is the sense of Congress that the President should utilize all diplomatic options to ensure that the Government of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea does not engage in efforts relating to the proliferation of nuclear weapons.
