H.Amdt.320 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: \ PROHIBITION AGAINST DIRECT FUNDING FOR CERTAIN COUNTRIES \ SEC. __. None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available pursuant to this Act shall be obligated or expended to finance directly any assistance or reparations to Cuba, Libya, North Korea, Iran, Saudi Arabia, or Syria.
