H.Amdt.360 - Amendment sought to increase funding for the Office of Terrorist Financing and Financial Crimes, tax counseling for the elderly programs, low-income tax clinics, the Office of National Drug Control Policy; and the high-intensity drug trafficking areas program. It would have offset the increases by funding Amtrak at the level originally approved by the Appropriations Committee.
