S.Amdt.3696 - To urge the President, the United States Permanent Representative to the United Nations, and other appropriate United States officials to work to dissuade member states of the United Nations from supporting resolutions that unfairly castigate Israel and to promote within the United Nations General Assembly more balanced and constructive approaches to resolving conflict in the Middle East.
