H.Amdt.380 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: \ SEC. . Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, for necessary expenses to carry out the essential air service program pursuant to 49 U.S.C. 41742(a), there is hereby appropriated $63,000,000, to be derived from the airport and airway trust fund and to remain available until expended.
