H.Amdt.42 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: \ Sec.__. Of the amount provided in chapter 4 of title I, in the item relating to "FOREIGN MILITARY FINANCING PROGRAM", not more than $100,000,000 may be made available to Pakistan.
