H.Amdt.452 - Add at the end of the bill the following new section: \ SEC. 22. PROCUREMENT OF GOODS AND SERVICES MANUFACTURED IN THE UNITED STATES. \ In any case in which a procurement activity proceeds to conduct a procurement for a product or service as described in paragraph (6) of section 4124(b) of title 18, United States Code, as added by section 2, the procurement must be of goods or services manufactured in the United States.
