H.Amdt.554 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: \ SEC. __. None of the funds made available in this Act may be used for the planning, designing, studying, or construction of forest development roads in the Tongass National Forest for the purpose of harvesting timber by private entities or individuals.
