H.Amdt.562 - At the end of the bill, before the short title, insert the following: \ TITLE V--ADDITIONAL GENERAL PROVISIONS \ SEC. 501. None of the funds made available by this Act shall be used to maintain more than 647,000,000 barrels of crude oil in the Strategic Petroleum Reserve.
