H.Amdt.607 - At the end of title III (page 11, after line 8), insert the following new section: \ SEC. 304. REPORT ON USE OF OPEN SOURCE INTELLIGENCE. \ Not later than 6 months after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of Central Intelligence shall submit to Congress an unclassified report on progress made by the intelligence community with respect to the use of Open Source Intelligence (OSINT).
