H.Amdt.738 - Page 105, after line 16, insert the following new section: \ SEC. 519. The amount otherwise provided by this Act for "DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES--Office of the Secretary--General Departmental Management" is hereby reduced by $84,500.
