H.Amdt.75 - Amendment requires the Department of Energy, in its study on the threat resulting from the theft or diversion of highly enriched uranium, to address the benefits of accelerating the purchase of excess weapons grade plutonium and uranium from Russia to reduce the likelihood that they could be stolen or sold to terrorists.
