H.Amdt.773 - Amendment provides that no funds from this bill can be used to implement a Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's rule published in the Federal Register on the 19th of March 2002 in so far as it relates to a phase-in period to bring vehicles into compliance with the requirements of the regulation.
