H.Amdt.796 - Amendment provides that all terrorist-related grounds of inadmissibility would also be grounds of deportability; makes attending a terrorist training camp an inadmissible and deportable offense; and strengthens the grounds of inadmissibility and deportability regarding the providing of money or other material support to a terrorist organization.
