H.Amdt.82 - Amendment strikes section 30220 that directs the Secretary of the Interior, in consultation with the Secretary of Energy and key stakeholders, including coastal States and the oil and gas industry, to conduct a comprehensive inventory of oil and gas resources for areas beneath all of the United States waters of the Outer Continental Shelf.
