S.Amdt.1006 - To require the Secretary to carry out a study and compile exhibiting science to determine the risks or benefits presented by cumulative impacts of multiple offshore liquefied natural gas facilities reasonably assumed to be constructed in an area of the Gulf of Mexico using the open-rack vaporization system.
