S.Amdt.1062 - To provide that of the funds made available under the heading ?Environmental Programs and Management,? not less than $100,000 shall be made available to issue the proposed rule required under 15 U.S.C. section 2682(c)(3) by November 1, 2005, and promulgate the final rule required under 15 U.S.C. section 2682(c)(3) by September 30, 2006.
