H.Amdt.1074 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: ? TITLE X--ADDITIONAL GENERAL PROVISIONS ? SEC. 10001. None of the funds made available in this Act may be used for any contract with the communications and public relations firm known as the Lincoln Group.
