S.Amdt.1111 - To prohibit the use of funds appropriated under this Act to promulgate the regulations to implement the plan developed pursuant to section 7209(b) of the 9/11 Commission Implementation Act of 2004, to limit United States citizens to a passport as the exclusive document to be presented upon entry into the United States from Canada by land.
