H.Amdt.1148 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: ? TITLE VIII--ADDITIONAL GENERAL PROVISIONS ? SEC. 801. None of the funds made available in this Act may be used for the design, renovation, construction, or rental of any headquarters for the United Nations in any location in the United States.
