H.Amdt.1150 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: ? TITLE VIII--ADDITIONAL GENERAL PROVISIONS ? SEC. 801. None of the funds made available in title IV of this Act may be used for negotiating the participation of additional countries under the visa waiver program described in section 217 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1187).
