H.Amdt.1196 - Amendment, as modified, requires the President to provide yearly to Congress a report that measures the effectiveness of the civil nuclear cooperation agreement in achieving the goals and objectives described in the bill, and assesses the relative level of India's nuclear fissile material production compared to the previous year.
