S.Amdt.1308 - To provide that funds appropriated for nonproliferation, anti-terrorism, demining and related programs and made available for the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty International Monitoring System may be made available to the Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security for use in certain nonproliferation efforts and counterproliferation efforts.
