S.Amdt.1911 - To provide that, of the amount authorized to be appropriated for the use of the Department of Defense for research, development, test, and evaluation for Defense-wide activities, up to $5,000,000 may be available for the rapid mobilization of the New England Manufacturing Supply Chain Initiative.
