H.Amdt.195 - Strike the provision beginning on page 2, line 19; page 4, line 20; page 5,line 14; and page 7, line 2 and insert in lieu thereof in each instance the following: \ ``Provided, That, except as provided in section 101 of this Act, the amounts made available under this paragraph shall be expended as authorized in law for the projects and activities specified in the report acompanying this Act.''.
