H.Amdt.235 - Page 83, after line 19, insert the following section: \ SEC. 7__. None of the funds made available in this Act may be used-- \ (1) to grant a waiver of a financial conflict of interest requirement pursuant to section 505(n)(4) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act for any voting member of an advisory committee or panel of the Food and Drug Administration; or \ (2) to make a certification under section 208(b)(3) of title 18, United States Code, for any such voting member.
