S.Amdt.2549 - To require the Secretary of Defense to consult with appropriate State and local entities on transportation, utility infrastructure, housing, schools, and family support activities related to the planned addition of personnel or facilities to existing military installations in connection with the closure or realignment of military installations as part of the 2005 round of defense base closure and realignment.
