H.Amdt.291 - At the end of the bill (preceding the short title), insert the following: \ TITLE VIII--ADDITIONAL GENERAL PROVISIONS \ SEC. 8. __. None of the funds made available in this Act under the heading "OFFICE OF JUSTICE PROGRAMS--JUSTICE ASSISTANCE" may be used by the State Authorizing Agent that has not shared, with the Attorney General, its improvement of criminal justice records as described in Section 3759 of Title 41, United States Code.
