H.Amdt.294 - Amendment requires the President to direct the U.S. Permanent Representative to the U.N. to use the voice, vote, and influence of the U.S. to ensure the Secretary General exercises the right and duty to waive immunity of any U.N. official in any case in which such immunity would impede the course of justice.
