H.Amdt.308 - Amendment requires the U.S. delegation to the U.N. to: make every effort to officially and publicly condemn anti-Semitic statements made at any session of the United Nations; require U.N. employees to be subject to punitive actions for making anti-Semitic statements or references; require the development of educational awareness programs about the Holocaust and anti-Semitism throughout the world; and require a certification that these requirements have been carried out.
