H.Amdt.353 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: \ SEC.__.None of the funds made available in this Act may be used for funding the operations of the Medicaid Commission (established on May 19, 2005, and chartered under section 222 of the Public Health Service Act and the Federal Advisory Committee Act).
