H.Amdt.429 - At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: \ SEC. 948. None of the funds made available in this Act may be used in contravention of section 552a of title 5, United States Code (popularly known as the Privacy Act) or of section 552.224 of title 48 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
