S.Amdt.480 - To express the sense of the Senate that the Operation and Maintenance, Army Reserve may be increased by $17,600,000, with the amount of such increase designated as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 402 of the conference report to accompany S.Con.Res. 95 (108th Congress), and make the amount available for tuition assistance programs for members of the Army Reserve.
