S.Amdt.4841 - To provide that, of the amount appropriated or otherwise made available by title II for Operation and Maintenance, Defense-Wide, up to $2,000,000 may be available for the Office of Economic Adjustment of the Department of Defense to conduct a traffic study and prepare a report on the improvements required to the transportation infrastructure around Fort Belvoir, Virginia, to accommodate the increase in the workforce located on and around Fort Belvoir resulting from the decisions implemented under the 2005 round of defense base closure and realignment.
