S.Amdt.4923 - To reduce the radiation exposure of maritime workers and to reimburse maritime terminal operators for additional costs associated with illnesses or injuries for which exposure to ionizing or non-ionizing radiation from cargo screening procedures required under Federal law is a contributing cause.
