H.Amdt.503 - In lieu of the matter proposed by the amendment, add at the end of the bill the following: \ SEC. __. SENSE OF CONGRESS. \ It is a sense of Congress that under title 18 section 981, that victims of terrorists attacks should have access to the assets forfeited.
