S.Amdt.5125 - To provide that, of the amount appropriated or otherwise made available for Military Construction, Navy and Marine Corps, $3,410,000 shall be available for the replacement of a vehicle bridge at Naval Station, Newport, Rhode Island, and to provide an offset.
