H.Amdt.665 - Amendment sought to increase civil penalties against employers who do not comply with the Employment Eligibility Verification System; provide for the distribution of the proceeds of the penalties to States and localities; and require such funds provided to a State, county, or municipality be used for costs incurred in providing public services to aliens not lawfully present in the United States.
