H.Amdt.687 - Amendment requires the Director of the Office of National Drug Control Policy, in consultation with the Secretary of State, the Attorney General, the Secretary of Homeland Security, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, and the United States Trade Representative, to seek to convene an international summit on the threat of methamphetamine and synthetic drug precursor chemicals.
