H.Amdt.728 - At the end of the bill, and before the short title, insert the following: \ SEC. 3013. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to prohibit registered and legal, but displaced, residents of the Gulf Coast region from the right to legally vote in any officially designated election of the Gulf Coast region.
