None of the funds made available in this Act may be used by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to implement, administer, or enforce the termination of the hotel and motel emergency sheltering program established by FEMA for families displaced by Hurricane Katrina and other hurricanes of the 2005 season.
