H.Amdt.74 - Amendment originally sought to require the EPA to update the tests used in determing estimated fuel economy ratings for automobiles. \ As amended by the Rogers (MI) amendment (A006), the original language was revised to require the EPA to change the "adjustment factors" that the EPA currently uses to make fuel economy labels accurate.
