H.Amdt.783 - Amendment requires a private source to obtain a certification in writing from the Committee on Standards of Official Conduct that a proposed gift of travel complies with all House rules and standards of conduct; and provides that that Committee shall have until June 15, 2006 to develop a permanent plan governing future private travel.
