H.Amdt.795 - Amendment requires that communications equipment authorized for purchase under the Grant Program be interoperable with local, State, and Federal governments; and requires that the "mechanisms for sharing terrorism threat information" funded under these grants also be interoperable with local, State, and Federal agencies.
